WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We currently service the following areas:
HighlandRedlandsYucaipaRancho Cucamonga
Mentone                   Upland             San Bernardino     Chino
RiversideCorona   Hemet   San Jacinto

And many surrounding areas.  If your area is not listed please give us a call or drop us an e mail, our service areas expand frequently.  Or we may be able to refer you another scooper company that services your area.

IS THERE A CONTRACT I NEED TO SIGN?
No!  Your service can be stopped at any time with a simple phone call or e mail at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled service.

IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE INITIAL SERVICE OR CAN I JUST GET A ONE TIME SERVICE?
There is an initial clean up fee for your first visit if your yard  has not been cleaned recently or if you just need a one time clean up.  This fee will be fully disclosed and approved by you before we begin work. 

DOES YOUR COMPANY WORK IN BAD WEATHER?
Yes, we usually will work in light to moderate rain, but heavy rainfall may stop us from doing our job properly.  Weather permitting we will try to make up this missed service during the same week.  Of course, you will never be charged for missed service calls due to inclement weather.

WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS?
We do not work on the following days:
New Years DayLabor Day
Memorial Day  Thanksgiving Day
Independence Day   Christmas Day

SHOULD I UNLOCK MY GATE?
Yes. Tidy Tails employees are not permitted to climb or jump over fences, Please have your gate unlocked on your service day.  You may provide us with a key to the lock or let us know the combination if that is convenient for you.  If you do not wish to leave your gate unlocked we will loan you a lock to use on our service days at no cost to you.

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY DOG IN THE YARD?
In most cases, yes.  We get along well with dogs, however, there are some cases when a dog will not allow our employee into the yard.  If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean your yard,  we ask that you restrain or confine your dog.  We don't wish to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME WHEN MY YARD IS BEING SERVICED?
No!!  We like to come out on our initial visit and introduce ourselves and meet with your dog(s).  But after the initial visit there is no need for you to be at home during our service calls.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE WASTE?
For most of our clients, the waste is double bagged and deposited in their trash receptacles but if you wish to have the waste removed from your property, we will do that as well for an additional fee of $1.50 per week.

WHAT IF I NEED TO SKIP A SERVICE DAY?
You will not be charged for a skipped service day if you call Tidy Tails office at least 24 hours in advance.  We will then reschedule your service date at a time that is more convenient for you.  Please note that if you do not reschedule your service with 7 days, when your service resumes, you will be charged according to the amount of accumulation since our last service.  Also, a service call will be charged if we are locked out of your property, your dog does not allow us entry on your scheduled service date or if you do not give us 24 hours  advanced notice to skip service.

HOW WILL I BE BILLED FOR YOUR SERVICES?
The initial clean up fee if applicable, is payable at the time of service.  All regularly scheduled weekly service visits are billed at the end of the month.  Payment is due upon receipt.  Accounts not paid in full by the 15th of the following month will be charged a $10.00 late fee and will have their service temporarily stopped until the account is paid in full.  A $20.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.  For our customers convenience, we offer a discount for pre-payments of 3 months or more and online bill paying with your Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card.

We promise that you will get service you are happy with or you don't have to pay for it!  We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service on which we stake our success.  We're         working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service.
We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know within 24 hours .  We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard or by crediting your account.

WE OFFER A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM:
When you refer a new customer to us and they agree to weekly servicing, you will get (1) one regular service day free.    Please have them give us your name when they sign up for service.
